The 3rd episode was fun. The inspector using Lina to nab to actual criminal was interesting. I suppose he did the same thing earlier with the destruction of the tanks as well.

One Piece 362 was fun. The fight between Zoro and the samurai was pretty good. Like the way they did though showing us the end of the fight technically back on 361 making it seem like Zoro was losing.

Yep same thing they did in the Manga. Which confused alot of people when it came out lol.

And so Macross FRONTIER is finally getting into the thick of the story with episode 15. We meet the head of SMS and get introduced to an apparent conspiracy thats been going since episode 1. Episode 15 is half recap, mostly told from the conspirators perspective and we stil ldon't know who they are dammit!

An episode that leaves us with more questions and few answers... still it was good...

Well besides Grace voice we heard 3 others... and I suddenly remembered that the 3 heroes of Space War I vanished with the Megarod but I think if Kawamori made Misa, Hikaru and Minmei the villains that the diehard Macross fans would revolt...

Avatar finally ended tonight and it was glorious for the most part. Only disappointments I had was hat they didn't answer Zuko's question to Ozai and we didn't see what happened to Azula at the end.

so... I finally finished watching Season one of Code Geass. On episode 5 of SEason 2, so far. Hopefully I'll catch up monday to episode 15 which was just released.

Read about the Black Lagoon news a few days earlier. Should be good.

92 of D.Gray-man was fun. We are entering a period of clam now after the fight with the Noahs. Should be interesting to see what things are revealed in the next few episodes and where they go.

Some nice plots developments in Soul Eater. Interesting to see them are potentially starting something big in the next few episodes. Figured Stein already knew about Medusa. Was wondering why he hadn't acted yet. Sad to see the zombie teacher go as I was a fan of his past tense speech.

Didn't even know there was going to be a sequel. Nice to see Mark Hamill involved as he is great as a voice actor if only for the Joker.

Slow week as none of my usual shows (Macross Frontier, Birdy The Mighty and Slayers Revolution) have posted. Hell there hasn't been any new subbed MAJOR in 2 weeks. This being said I have Hero Tales a try and... gos the naimation quality is just horrible. Otherwise a fun show but I expect more from BONES than this animation wise.

Finally thing are getting released (though no new Blade Of The Immortal or Birdy The Mighty DECODE yet).

Macross FRONTIER - Great Grace and Leon Mishima conspire and turn Ranka into the new Lynn Minmei by developing the Ranka Attack. But what about ppor Elmo? Does anyone care about poor Elmo? Great they turned "Aimo" int oa military march. This will not end well.

Slayers REVOLUTION - Its the Amelia Wil Tesla Seyruun Show with your host Amelia Wil Tesla Seyruun! This might be one of the most hare brained schemes Lina has ever come up with and that is a saying something. At least Xellos returns next episode. Looks like this is only going to be 26 episodes after all and not the rumored 52.

World Destruction - This si not what I was expecting for a eries with a name like World Destruction. I mean I was expecting some annoyingly gothy/Emo CLAMP kind of thing and instead I get Toppi, the world's most dangerous Teddy Bear? Well of course I love it! That and that opening song is addictive as hell! This looks to be a low-end Production I.G. series (like Library Wars) but so far I like it...

I remember reading 52 episodes on ANN back around April but since there are 26 letters in the Alphabet it seems like it will stick withthe classic Slayers running episode count unless episode 27 starts over at 'A' again.

Oh I figure they will cut that out when the second season/half beings (they did with Next & Try). Besides I do remember when it when it was mentioned that Enoki was already looking for a company to dub the series that it was said to finish up in spring of next year.

Slayers REVOLUTION 5 - Geez they are throwing the entire Slayers canon, save for Naga, into this series. In one episode they reference Phibrizzio and Rezo and we also get Xellos doing what he does best, keeping everyone in he dark about his true intentions. Of course there is another Rezo clone running around since the first series so that might be the explanation of why the magic seal wasn't broken. If not that means Rezo isn't really dead which means we get another fight with Shabranigdo!

I'm also all caught up on Real Drive. Its slowly becoming the anti-Shirow Shirow show as it has the usual techno-jargon but is making a much more focused episodic tale with emphasis on Minamo. I really am looking forward ot the rest of the series.

I would be so happy to see Lina and gang vs. Shabranigdo round 2. All the references though were nice to hear and interesting. Will especially be fun to see how Pokota reacts when he finally learns they did fight Rezo before. Really wish they would mention or show more to the five wisemen deal Rezo was a part of. Thus far They have only mentioned him.I would be a little surprised if Rezo had another clone running around. On the other hand I have trouble imagining Rezo being alive still somehow.

Macross FRONTIER 17 - Oh Shoji Kawamori, you self-referencing devil. Right down to the pineapple cake huh? And... we get our second Firebomber song of the series. I'm not spoiling anything here. Find out for yourself what happens.

Also Blade Of The Immortal 2 - They are being very careful with the pacing of this series. Episode 2 basically sets up the entire series as far as the main thrust of the story goes. Dear lord I pray this sticks as close to the manga as possible.

Now i'm being VERY patient waiting for DECODE 3 and 4 but still nothing. It made me check out D. Grayman. 7 episodes in and so far... standard Shonnen show but it is engaging. I just hope it doesn't start strong and then become dull and repetitive like BLEACH did.

Sorry to say that the second season does get pretty dull. It picked up a lot when it hit the third earlier this year.

Liking the Firebomber references in Macross Frontier. Glad they didn't kill Ozma off (yet) as they sure did well in trying to make you think they would this latest episode.

Lately I've been watching this thing called Ryoko's Case File, it's basically a mix of The X-Files and Murder She Wrote. Sounds a bit boring, but it's really good. I'm up to Ep 3, and I'm really into it already. The details:

It's only 13 eps, so that sucks, but I like what I see so far. Ryoko's basically a really smart and beautiful detective who finds herself in lots of nutty paranormal cases, along with her partner/manservant Junichirō Izumida. She also has a rival who's also a cop and was a friend from her University days. It's kinda bland compared to the countless monster/mecha/mahou shojo stuff I've been seeing for the past several years, but I needed a break from all that.

FINALLY! New Birdy The Mighty DECODE!

Episode 3 wraps the loose end of the initial Geega/Bacillus story but already there is a casualty in the main cast. Geez, does Masami Yuuki need to go see Yoshiyuki Tomino's therapist or something?

Real Drive 13 was a nice character study on main character Haru, trying to fill in the gaps to his backstory. This show isn't as heavy on political intrigue and violence like your average Shirow series (though there is political intrigue aplenty). In fact besides the initial 2 episodes the show has been light on actual action. I do appreciate that the female character designs aren't afraid to show real body types for both men and women. These people actually have thighs that can support a realisitic body frame!

I also caught the new Keitai Sosokan 7 but given I'm relly the only Toku fan here I won't go into that too much...

Hopefully new Slayers & Macross tomorrow.
