What kind of Joshi are you looking for, 90's stuff or more recent shows? Since you live in Europe, I know a British trader who pretty much has all the current joshi TV shows.

Dreamslam 2. IVP has an offer, 10 DVDs for 26$, so i would buy some NOAH's DVDs and Dreamslam. But who's this trader, maybe I could use him in future?

My mom is going to Japan in a few weeks. What's good and easy to find on retail store shelves right now?

Dreamslam 2

Rumour has it they're bringing out Dreamslam II on DVD soon, so it might be worth hanging on a bit and looking for the new version.  I'm not saying spend crazy money importing a copy, but I'm sure the usual suspects will have it soon after it's released.

Lynch emailed me that he probably wasn't going to upgrade the versions he has -- but I think Dan G posted that he was getting them.  Might as well wait; the VQ from IVP will be the same as anywhere else -- I have always been happy with his stuff -- but it will be a VHS rip (so no chapters or menu, for starters).

yes, but Jeff Lynch's DVDs are all Region Free, so it does not matter where you are, you can watch the DVDs you order from him

Amazon.co.jp has several AJW comms on DVD coming up.  The Big Egg Wrestling UNiverse show from 11/20/94  (10 hours on 4 DVDs) has already been shipped to me, and I should get that in another day or two.

Here are the other AJW comm DVDs available for preorder:

8/25/93  2 dvds
9/29/93  2 dvds
12/6/93  2 dvds
3/27/94  2 dvds
8/24/94  2 dvds

Don't see Dreamslam 2 yet.

I did order DS 1 and was pleased with the quality.  It was 3 DVDs long, like the VHS release, but the last 2 volumes were double-layer.  They could have been cheap and dropped the bitrate to squeeze the footage on a single layer dvd, but they did the right thing instead!

Got the Big Egg comm DVD set today, and it looks great!

10.5 hours on 4 dual layer dvds.  I am glad they decided to release the biggest Joshi event in history.

I hope they continue the trend.

Slambamjam.com finally updated their joshi section again. They added a lot of recent TV shows as well as some early 90's AJW back catalogue. I can recommend that shop, quick and friendly service, good quality and highly reliable!!  *approve
