I've been watchin her stuff for my Jaguar comp, and she does not get NEARLY the amount of credit she deserves for her inring skills. She's no jaguar, but damn she's not that far off.

For my own tastes, Maki was so much better than Jackie. Together though, they were unbelievable. That said, they did have the Black Pair to work with...now those are underrated girls.

That forgotten era. Regale us with tales of these 4, the only other person who posts about Mami Kumano just keeps asking where she is and doesn't really discuss.

I've been watchin her stuff for my Jaguar comp

You have to use Jaguar's theme for the menu music.

I think a lot of women from her era are (<- reflections) ignored by most. I know for me, if there were more footage available I'd have a more solid opinion, but as of now the grainy, choppy, hard to find by footage just isn't working for me.

All you have to do is type Jackie Sato in youtube and you'll find plenty of non grainy footage. Poor excuse for not doing your homework.

^^ I think I can speak for myself and iCUTY! when I say we've both watched that match 20 billion times. And also because she wasn't slighting Jackie, she was just saying there's not much to work with and there isn't. Beyond that and a few other matches there's nothing else to really dig into the meat of her career. Same thing with many of the women of Jackie's era. Once Jaguar gets going it's gravy and easy to find but Jackie, Mami etc., are all so hard to find.

Well, it's not completely impossible to find, as Lorefice and Punq and Lynch, but it'd cost you an arm and a leg. This one tag match on my comp for Jaguar is sooo good, and Jackie really shows waht she can do.

Exactly. And one of the things iCuty! cares about is VQ.

Because VQ affects what the wrestler did in the ring 34 yrs ago.

She doesn't want to buy low VQ. It's her money and she reserves that right. Personally, I agree with her. I'm not going to waste money on low VQ. It's not even an arguable point to tell people what to do with their money or to accept low VQ when that isn't what they want.

Exactly Starscream. It's like setting for grainy footage from late 80s/early 90s when you can find the exact same shows in decent to great VQ. Yes the VQ shouldn't affect the wrestling, it's not like I can't see what's going on, I'd just rather watch matches from that era on the CLASSICS shows....but that's just me. Would you buy big shows like Dreamslam 1 in shit?

I just got some classics and the greatly improved VQ compared to the old VHS versions I had seen made a big difference to me.

LoL this chip on your shoulder is HUMONGOUS. Nowhere did this thread say anything about buying footage. It talked about only seeing grainy footage.
From that one is supposed to gather that she wanted to buy it for her personal collection? hell no I wouldnt buy grainy footage, unless it was all that was available and I needed to see something. But I may TRADE for it, or WATCH IT ONLINE. Both of which were assumptions, because no one said anything about buying until after the fact.
