I meant LinLin's real name is Qian Lin. So Lin is in fact a chinese character so it's completely possibly it's Lin. Bai's obviously a chinese character. It's just the Ron part I'm not so sure about.

Mandarin L=R in every other language, like Kapeng mentioned.

Edit: Looked it up out of boredom: Lin does exist in mandarin/pinyin but some people say "ren". It can be a name. So it is Lin, probably. So mandarin.

Looks like we spoke too soon about the "Artist Formerly Known as Ray" as BlackEye reported RAY is returning to pro wrestling.

Apparently she will be freelance now, no longer with S-OVATION and will make her return at the 2/5 Super FMW show in Shin-Kiba 1st Ring.

It will be Ayako Hamada & Ray vs. Kyoko Kimura & Hailey Hatred.

BlackEye makes a comment that maybe some of us knows she around other places too...

She's so mysterious. I wonder if she's really from HK? The Chinese characters on her costume @ SMASH is "林白龍" so it's supposed to be Lin Bai Long/Lon. According to the Weekly Puroresu special photo directory edition, her "real name" is "林梅龍" or Lin Mei Long. I couldn't find any records of such person, and I find it difficult to believe any Chinese parent would name their daughter this name, as 龍 (Dragon) is very much synonymous with males. I've seen a couple of HK posts about SMASH and her being from HK, and fans commenting that her wrestling name is very manly.

Anyways, I didn't know she's called the HK Typhoon:

Michael Kovac's been leading her around by a chain collar. She wears a black jumpsuit and hits people with a nightstick, and is billed as Lin "Bitch" Bairon. I'm not sure if there's a technical name for it, but it's pretty awesome. Lin's promos are gold.

Pictures of Rays post-Ice Adventures party are up on her blog. Twenty-nine fans showed up which is really good when you consider that she announced the party just one week before the show and she's not really an Idol wrestler. Her blog is rated way up in Ameblos Sports category so she definitly has some admirers.
