You know, I don't want to seem insensitive, but moves like that shouldn't really be done by "divas".  I know that they're serious about training and all, but seasoned wrestlers could easily adapt quicker if something unexpected happens.  But then, I can remember a lot of times in WWE when they play off an "injury" as "serious" and it's not.  hard to tell the difference these days, which is why I was a bit cynical about this.  They really should take these things more seriously.  I do hope she improves quick though with more training.

Erm... that is sorta insensitive lol.

She was ready to do the 'bump', but it came early... you can't really just adapt from a situation like that. In some moves yes. But when standing on the ropes ready for the bump to happen so you fall to the mat, you're not just just holding yoru arms in front of your face prepared. Heh.

I slowed it down and it looks like what happened was when she was going for the fall(probably meant to fall on her back) her leg got caught in the rope and she tripped onto her head.

Yeah guess she was going for the crotch then. Probably either beth would go for a superplex but she'd kick her off and either cross body or missle dropkick, or beth would do a top rope delayed fisherman suplex for the 2nd fall.

NONONONONO!

She just got back from taking time off to rest up a lingering neck injury (cumulative) this summer.  I was referring to the Hikaru incident.

Turns out it was a planned spot (she was supposed to fall off the top), but she didn't get her hands out in time to protect herself.

Nothing like the botch she received when Emoto dropped Hikaru after front suplexing her onto the ropes. To this day, it's still painful.

I understand exactly what everyone is saying about the incident, but I also understand that this happened because Candice didn't know what she was doing when it happened (hell, she was giving a valiant effort in that match). She jumped off the ropes prematurely, so once Beth hit the ropes, Candice didn't have the time to react to a spot such as that - and thus she is sidelined with the same injury that put Ayumi-chan on the shelf earlier this summer. I agree with the majority of you guys who stated that even the best have their off matches, so it basicially could've happened to any wrestler at any time. You just never know when...
